TL;DR

1. Edit Pi's APPEND_SYSTEM.md in the dashboard. The pi and omp target pages have a tab for it, and + adds a tab for any other file a tool reads.
2. Ticking an Agent after importing from it takes its MCP entry over. Sync is offered, the entry is recorded as managed, and unticking the Agent removes it again.
3. Single-file extras are named after their file, so APPEND_SYSTEM.md becomes APPEND_SYSTEM unless you type another name.
4. Easier-to-read Sync page lists, Pi's new logo colors, and an MCP tab for antigravity-cli.

Edit the other files a tool reads

Pi appends ~/.pi/agent/APPEND_SYSTEM.md to its system prompt, and editing it meant leaving the dashboard. The pi and omp target pages now have an APPEND_SYSTEM.md tab next to the instruction file, with the same editor, preview and backups.

+ on any target page adds a tab for another file the tool reads, including one in a subfolder. The dashboard saves the list under the target's files:

Paths stay inside the tool's folder (~/.pi/agent for pi, .pi in a project). Three tabs show at a time and the rest move to a menu. Removing a tab never deletes the file. Share with Extras opens Add extra already filled in with the file's folder and name, so the same file can be shared with other tools.

Taking over an MCP server you imported

Importing a server from an Agent without ticking that Agent, then ticking it later, did nothing: no sync was offered, nothing was recorded in state.json, and unticking the Agent removed nothing either. skillshare saw that the Agent's entry already matched and left it alone, as it does for entries it didn't write.

The preview now lists such an entry as Take over. Syncing records it as managed without changing the Agent's file, and from then on unticking the Agent or removing the server removes the entry. The takeover only happens when you sync, after the preview has shown it. A server you turned off in the Agent itself is still never claimed.

Single-file extras named after their file

In Add extra, a single file's Name now follows its file name without the extension until you type one: APPEND_SYSTEM.md gives APPEND_SYSTEM. The hint under the field suggests the file name.

Fixes

• Sync page lists. The expanded list of targets in sync was one long comma-separated line mixing global targets with <project>@<tool> ones. It now shows logo chips, global targets apart from each project's. Ignored names are grouped by .skillignore and .agentignore and by folder.
• MCP tab for antigravity-cli. Its target page now shows the MCP file it shares with Antigravity.
• Dialog focus. Dialogs that focus a field when they open, such as Add extra, moved focus to the close button instead.
• Pi's logo. Pi now shows its coral, blue and yellow logo.
