TL;DR

1. Targets that undo each other's sync are named. When two targets sync skills into one folder with different filters, sync, doctor and the dashboard say which ones and how to keep one.
2. Plugins added without an Agent show their version and logo.
3. More accurate duplicate notes. A target sharing its folder with another is no longer told it sees every skill twice, the wording no longer claims duplicates always show twice, and Antigravity is no longer counted as reading ~/.agents/skills.

Targets that undo each other's sync

Two targets can point at the same skills folder, for example codex and universal both on ~/.agents/skills. If their include or exclude filters differ, each sync adds what one target wants and removes what the other filters out. The folder never settles, and sync keeps listing the same changes no matter how often you run it.

sync now says so and prints the fix:

Turning skills off for one target leaves its agents, MCP servers and instructions managed, and the tool still reads the skills in the shared folder. universal is the one kept when it is involved. doctor gives the same advice instead of suggesting you remove a target, and the dashboard's Sync page shows the warning with a button that opens the stop-syncing dialog for that target. Targets sharing a folder with the same filters are not reported.

Plugin version and logo without an Agent

A plugin added without picking an Agent had no version and always showed the default icon. It now shows its version, and the logo from its Codex manifest (up to 1MB) in the Plugins list and the add preview.

Fixes

• Shared folder is not a second source. With codex and universal on the same folder, the codex page said it also reads universal's skills and sees each one twice. There is only one copy, so that note is gone. With codex's skills switched off, the dashboard still says it reads universal's skills, which is true.
• "Finds each skill twice", not "shows up twice". Pi keeps the first skill with a name and warns, and Gemini and others pick one, so the dashboard and docs now say a tool finds each skill twice rather than that it lists both.
• Antigravity and ~/.agents/skills. Antigravity documents only ~/.gemini/config/skills as the desktop app's global skills folder. skillshare no longer assumes it also reads ~/.agents/skills, so switching its skills off no longer claims it still sees universal's skills.
