• Update notification in Web UI — a dialog appears on first visit when a newer CLI or skill version is available. Shows current and latest versions with a copyable skillshare upgrade command. Dismissed once per browser session

• Skill cards equal height — skill cards on the Skills page now stretch to equal height within each row
• Tour step target fix — the skill-filters tour step now correctly highlights its target element
