• cli: rtk proxy <cmd> is now rtk bypass <cmd> (the old name stays as an alias), --ultra-compact is removed, rtk gain excludes oversized outputs from its headline rate, and the default binary's licence changes (an Apache-2.0 edition, rtk-oss, ships alongside). See BREAKING_CHANGES.md.
