Release candidate for 1.3.1, with expanded text-overlay support since 1.3.1-rc.5.

What's changed

• Add a lines list to dahua.set_text_overlay so devices that support more than four overlay lines can receive them all. Existing text1–text4 automations remain supported. Providing both a lines list and nonempty numbered fields raises a translated error instead of silently discarding input. (#1082, closes #312)

The number of supported lines depends on the device. This change removes the integration's four-line cap; it does not increase a camera's own limit.

Validation

All 4,726 tests passed locally on Python 3.14. Formatting passed across 321 Python files, and the PR passed GitHub CI before merge.
