Release candidate for 1.3.1, with improvements since 1.3.1-rc.4.
What's changed
- Improve connection-failure guidance by requiring a successful TLS handshake before suggesting HTTPS on port 443. A device that only accepts a TCP connection and then stays silent or closes it now falls through to the other connection checks. (#1080)
- Add an AI Tour switch on channels that report a supported IntelliTour setting. The switch starts or stops the camera's existing plan without rewriting its presets, timing, or other plan settings. Supported channels can also gain the switch after a capability probe answers late. (#1081)
- Clear cached configuration reads before RPC2 field writes so the AI Tour and Cloud Connection switches can refresh their state after a change. Include IntelliTour in configuration backups. (#1081)
Validation
All 4,712 tests passed locally on Python 3.14 with both PRs combined. Formatting passed across 320 Python files, and both PRs passed GitHub CI before merge.
