Release candidate for 1.3.1, with fixes and diagnostics improvements since 1.3.1-rc.2.
What's changed
- Fix diagonal PTZ movement by supplying the movement speed in both arguments. (#1073)
- Include reboot-detection support, reboot generation and the last uptime sample in diagnostics, distinguishing unsupported uptime reads from devices that have not been asked yet. (#1075)
- Retry unanswered processor and memory capability probes so the load sensors can appear after a setup timeout. Keep the selected reporter fixed once chosen so a lower-numbered channel answering later cannot create duplicate sensors. (#1076)
- Centralize selectable event codes and derive translated sensor codes from the same list, preserving all existing codes and their selection order. Remove unused imports. (#1077)
Validation
All 4,613 tests passed locally on Python 3.14 with the latest merged changes. Formatting passed across 316 Python files. The load-sensor fix includes two regression cases verified to fail before the fix and pass afterward; its GitHub CI checks passed before merge.
