This prerelease carries the Spaces skill refresh instruction into desktop-managed agents: update and read the latest rowboat-spaces skill once per session, with an offline fallback. The shared skill also asks directly connected Hermes agents to check for supported Rowboat plugin updates once per session and defer any gateway restart until active work is finished.
It supersedes v1.0.6, whose Linux packaging failed after the GitHub runner changed to Ubuntu 26.04. The Linux release runner is pinned to Ubuntu 24.04 in #1293. All final-head PR checks passed before merge. The release workflow passed on macOS, Windows and Linux; all installers and ZIP packages are published below.
Like v1.0.6, this includes the other main-branch changes since v1.0.5. This is a prerelease, not a promotion to the stable desktop channel.
