- Enable or disable models from the health check dialog: every model row in the health check dialog now has its own switch, so you no longer need to open the edit dialog to change the exclusion list. The switch writes back to that provider's existing
excluded-modelssetting, adding or removing only this model's exact rule while keeping provider-wide wildcard exclusions and any hand-written rules untouched. - Disabled models are visible at a glance: a disabled model row gets a muted background, and both the model name and the result pill fade together, so the currently available set is obvious.
Improved
- Health check list at narrow widths: model rows stack vertically on narrow windows, laying out the name, switch, result and action button in order instead of squeezing the result pill.
- Warning text wrapping: the explanatory text now breaks only at punctuation, so Chinese words are no longer split across lines.
Fixed
- Switch rolls back when saving fails: if a model toggle cannot be saved, the switch returns to its previous state and reports the error, instead of showing a state that does not match the saved configuration.

- 模型健康检测内直接开关模型：健康检测弹窗的每个模型行新增启用/停用开关，无需再跳到编辑弹窗修改排除列表。开关状态写回该接入原有的
excluded-models配置，只增删这个模型的精确规则，供应商级通配排除和手工添加的其他排除规则都保持不变。 - 停用模型的状态可见：已停用的模型行以浅色底纹显示，模型名和检测结果标签同时变淡，一眼即可区分当前可用范围。
优化
- 窄窗口下的健康检测列表：模型行在窄宽度下自动改为纵向排列，名称、开关、检测结果与操作按钮依次排开，不再挤压检测结果标签。
- 检测提示文案换行：中文说明改为只在标点处折行，不再出现「正常」拆成「正/常」这类词内断行。
修复
- 保存失败的开关回滚：模型开关写入失败时，开关恢复到操作前的状态并提示错误，不再显示与实际配置不一致的状态。
