• One set of rules for providers and credentials: model exclusions are no longer accounted per credential file; provider-level and credential-level rules are handled in the same save and no longer overwrite each other.
• Saving can synchronize to every credential of a provider: saving exclusions at provider level writes them to all credential files of that provider, with the dialog telling you this save will synchronize so you no longer edit files one by one.
• Models excluded by a provider rule are clearly labelled: entries blocked by provider rules show the rule that matched, so it is obvious whether to adjust the credential rule or the provider rule.

• 提供商与凭证的模型排除规则统一口径：模型排除不再按单份凭证各自记账，提供商级规则与凭证级规则在同一次保存里一起处理，避免互相覆盖。
• 保存时同步到同提供商全部凭证：在提供商级设置里保存排除项，会一并写入该提供商下的所有凭证文件；界面会提示这次保存会同步，不需要逐份文件手动改。
• 被提供商规则排除的模型有明确标注：模型列表里被提供商规则挡掉的条目会显示命中的规则，方便判断该调整凭证规则还是提供商规则。
