• Footer activity indicator: A subtle, monochrome in-flight spinner in the footer gives quiet visual feedback for active user commands without obstructing interaction.
• Unified error banner: Action errors now cleanly present in the existing #offline banner rather than pushing content out of place.
• Accessibility: WAI-ARIA roving tabindex and arrow-key navigation for the tab bar.
