Battery readings for the Magic Remote update again, and remote keys sent from Home Assistant arrive promptly and in order. Home Assistant can also open LG's Settings.
Details
- The Magic Remote's battery is read each time the remote wakes, at most hourly. Since v0.95.0 it stayed at the first reading. On webOS 4 it comes from LG's remote service, and no Bluetooth connection to the remote is left open (#752).
- Arrow, OK, Back and Home presses sent through Home Assistant go ahead of Glasshouse's routine readings, and a quick run of them arrives in the order pressed. Holding an arrow no longer refreshes every reading for each key (#736).
- Home Assistant's Active App has an
app_idattribute and Launch App anapp_idsattribute, which stay the same when an app's title changes. Launch App also offers LG's Settings, so users without admin rights can open it (#737). - The remote-button worker no longer keeps a CPU core busy after an input device disconnects, and picks a remote up again when it comes back (#741).
