Adds an Apps tab to the Web UI and the on-TV Dashboard App for non-destructive system tile debloating and removable application uninstallation (#151).

- Dedicated Apps Tab: A unified application management tab available in both the Web Dashboard and the on-TV Dashboard App.
- Home Screen System Tile Debloating:
- Hide non-removable built-in LG system tiles (Web Browser, LG Channels, Gallery, Music, Camera, Sports, Always Ready, Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.) directly from the TV's home launcher ribbon.
- Non-destructive: uses file-level bind-mount overrides (
{"visible": false}) overappinfo.json. Rootfs partitions remain completely unmodified and pristine. - Boot persistence: hidden tile overrides automatically re-bind on TV startup via
/etc/init.d/50-tvweb.sh. - One-click restore: a single button/action instantly unmounts all overrides and restores default visibility for all launcher tiles.
- OTA System Application Support:
- Multi-base bind mounts across all firmware locations including
/media/system/apps/usr/palm/applications(resolving tile hiding for OTA-updated system apps like Web Browser on webOS 4 / B8 and LG Channels on webOS 22 / C2). - Automatically detects and applies bind-mounts across all matching firmware locations to prevent dormant ROM squashfs copies from conflicting with active OTA copies.

- Cleanly uninstall user, store, and sideloaded packages (
/media/cryptofs,/media/developer) directly from the Web UI or using the Magic Remote on the TV screen. - Safety protections: built-in confirmation dialogs prevent accidental removals.

Uninstalling…in-progress status with backend polling until SAM confirms file deletion, updating the list immediately without requiring a page refresh.
