Fixes an issue where the installed applications list reverted to the default fallback on webOS 6+ TVs.

Fixed

• Installed applications scan on webOS 6+: Handled the launchPoints response array from com.webos.applicationManager/listApps alongside apps. On models such as the OLED65C16LA, the application manager reports launch points under this key, which previously left the installed app list empty and caused Home Assistant's Launch App dropdown to fall back to the default list. • Fallback to listLaunchPoints: Added a fallback call to com.webos.applicationManager/listLaunchPoints if listApps returns empty or fails. (#148)
