Two fixes to the ad blocker.
Fixed
- Blocked names are now sinkholed on IPv6 as well as IPv4. The table answered them on IPv4 only, so a lookup asking for an IPv6 address got a real one and the connection went through. (#123)
- Switching the ad blocker on no longer switches the Homebrew Channel's update blocking off. The Channel blackholes LG's update servers in a table it mounts at boot, before the hook that mounts ours over the top. Those servers now go into ours whenever the Channel's flag is set, and only then. (#123)
