Two panel protections that could only be read can now be set.

Added

• Screen shift and logo dimming are settable. Both are picture-category settings rather than readings: screenShift takes on/off, and logoLuminanceAdjust takes off, light or strong. On the dashboard the two pills answer to a click - screen shift toggles, logo dimming cycles Off, Light, High. ASBL and GSR sit in the same section and stay read-only, being hardware behaviour rather than settings. (#79)

• The two entities move from sensors to a switch and a select, which carry their own state. Home Assistant keys a discovered entity on its config topic, so the retired sensors are cleared on publish rather than left behind holding their last value. Anything referencing sensor.lg_tv_oled_screen_shift or sensor.lg_tv_oled_logo_dimming needs to point at switch.lg_tv_oled_screen_shift or select.lg_tv_oled_logo_dimming. (#79)
