Adds a Recommended row to Glasshouse Home, and fixes the sound output reading on some TVs and Wi-Fi names on the dashboard.

- Glasshouse Home can show a Recommended row: the titles Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, YouTube and other apps put on LG's Home, such as Continue watching. OK opens the app at that title, and the row follows the app in focus on the Apps row. It's off by default, because the cards' pictures load from each app's own servers; switch it on in the Recommended row's settings. Tried on webOS 10; on webOS 9 the TV lists none, so the row stays hidden. Thanks to @arctumn (#1024).
- The Audio tab and the sound settings show the sound output as LG's menu does. On a G5 they could show Digital Sound Output as Auto while the TV was set to Pass Through. Thanks to @Nutcasey (#1080, from #1007).
- Wi-Fi names with
&,<,>or"show as typed on the web dashboard's Metrics tab. Thanks to @jimnordb (#1079).
