Fixes installing with deploy.sh on TVs where the server didn't start afterwards.

Details

• On some rooted TVs, such as a webOS 5.6.2 TV rooted with slopbro, deploy.sh installed Glasshouse but couldn't start it until the TV was restarted. It now starts straight away. Thanks to @Gh61 for the report (#1074).
