Adds Italian, lets the remote's microphone button be reassigned, and lets Home Assistant type into the TV.

- Italian, for the dashboards, the TV app, Glasshouse Home and the screen savers. Thanks to @haven80 (#1047).
- The remote's microphone button can be set in Remote keys, like the other shortcut buttons. Set to anything else, it no longer starts voice control; As LG has it brings that back. Thanks to @obi1 (#1034).
- Home Assistant can type into the TV: a Keyboard Text entity and Keyboard Enter and Backspace buttons type into the focused text field, and Active App says when LG's on-screen keyboard is up. While it is, Home Assistant's arrow, OK and Back buttons move around the keyboard. Typed text stays out of Home Assistant's history. Thanks to @HaydenGriffin (#1050).
- Choosing an input or app on Glasshouse Home just after pressing Home no longer has LG's Home open over it about 20 seconds later (#1073).
