Glasshouse Home can now hide its clock and put the rows along the bottom of the screen, and stats are collected more reliably after a cold start.

- Clock and date and Rows along the bottom on the Home tab: switch off the clock to leave the top of the screen empty, and put the rows of apps and inputs along the bottom, as on LG's Home. Thanks to @wise-rice for the idea (#1048).
- After a cold start, slow stats collections no longer pile up, and Home Assistant no longer has every reading blanked for a moment. This also ends the Memory and Swap Usage template errors in Home Assistant. Thanks to @thenayr (#995).
