Glasshouse Home appears sooner after the TV starts, on TVs with background services switched off.

Details

On TVs with background services switched off, keeping them off at start-up no longer holds up Glasshouse Home. On a QNED with webOS 10.2.2, Glasshouse Home appeared about 10 seconds sooner. Thanks to @arctumn (#1036).
