Adds eight new screen savers (Filament, Currents, Veils, Incense, Murmuration, Vortex, Neo, and Tesseract), supports adding custom screen savers on the TV, and adds an option to put the TV into standby after a screen saver has been on for a set time.

- Screen savers: eight new built-in screen savers — Filament, Currents, Veils, Incense, Murmuration, Vortex, and Neo (thanks to @mnestrud, #889), and Tesseract, a four-dimensional cube turning through the fourth dimension in fine lines of light (thanks to @danzig666, #917).
- Custom screen savers on the TV: screen savers placed in
/var/lib/tvweb/screensavers/<name>/with asaver.jsonmanifest appear in the Screensaver tab, with QML compatibility checks and an example screen saver (Pigs - Three Different Ones) installed there. Thanks to @mnestrud (#889). - Poweroff after: puts the TV in standby after a screen saver has been showing for a set number of minutes, configurable on the Screensaver tab and in the TV app. Thanks to @mnestrud (#889).
