Screen saver and keyboard control fixes.

- Start screensaver now works on TVs that quietly drop the request, such as some G3s: the screen saver is started directly, and any remote key closes it. It doesn't start over something playing full screen. Thanks to @Nutcasey (#846).
- Control tab: after opening the D-pad by clicking it, Enter and Space now go to the TV instead of closing the D-pad again. Thanks @mmmago for the report (#851).
