The dashboard port can now be changed from the Server tab.

- Server → Advanced → Dashboard port changes the port the dashboard answers on (default
8080), for TVs where another app such as Stremio needs port8080. Saving checks that the port is free, restarts the server, updates the TV launcher apps and Panel Vitals screen saver, and opens the dashboard at the new address. Thanks to @anilkusaksiz (#847, #849).
