Picture details on Glasshouse Home, and a way to try it on webOS 10 and 11.

- Glasshouse Home can show the picture of what was last on: the resolution, refresh rate and HDR type of the input or app, the picture mode it gets, and the OLED light. It's off by default; switch on Picture details on the Home tab or in the TV app. Thanks to @Nutcasey (#845).
- Glasshouse Home can now be tried on webOS 10 and 11 by setting
"allowExperimentalHome": trueinconfig.json. It's untried there. Without it, nothing changes on those TVs, and a TV that had Glasshouse Home on before a firmware update to webOS 10 has LG's Home put back (#844).
