Remap the Alexa and Google Assistant buttons, a tidier Apps tab, and more reliable screen savers.

- Remote keys can now remap the Alexa and Google Assistant buttons on recent Magic Remotes (#795).
- Apps tab: Quick Access is now a number pad of tiles, and the system apps you can hide are tiles you tap to hide or show. The warning about a brief blank screen at start-up now only shows on TVs where it can happen (#798).
- Screen savers: Start screensaver now recovers when the TV has lost track of its screen saver, instead of doing nothing (#800).
- Troubleshooting: at the debug log level, the log now shows every request Glasshouse makes to the TV, to help track down TVs that restart themselves (#799).
