- "Liquid Glass" UI Redesign: Experience ViveStream like never before with a complete visual overhaul. All modals, context menus, dropdowns, and toggle switches now feature a stunning, modern "glassmorphism" effect with smooth, fluid animations for every interaction.
- Import & Export Your Media: Your library is no longer locked in. You can now import your existing local video and audio files directly into ViveStream, and export single files or your entire library to any folder on your computer.
- Advanced Library Sorting: Take control of your media with new sorting options on the Home and Favorites pages. You can now sort your library by Date Added (newest or oldest), Title (A-Z or Z-A), and Duration (shortest or longest).
🚀 New Features
- Import Local Files: A new "Import Files" button in the Settings page allows you to add existing video and audio files from your computer to the ViveStream library. Metadata (title, artist) and embedded cover art are automatically extracted.
- Export Library: Added two ways to get your media out:
- An "Export File" option in the context menu for every video.
- A new "Export Library" button in Settings to save all your media files to a folder of your choice.
- Library Sorting: A new sort dropdown is now available on the Home and Favorites pages, with options for Date Added, Title, and Duration. Your choice is saved for future sessions.
- Clean Up Library: A new maintenance tool in Settings allows you to safely remove any "orphan" artists who no longer have videos associated with them in your library.

- Animated Toggle Switches: The toggle switches in Settings and Downloads have been completely replaced with a sleek, animated design that matches the new theme.
- Simplified Download Form: The download UI has been streamlined. The "Video/Audio" choice has been removed in favor of a universal video downloader, and a clear "Subtitles" toggle has been added.
- Improved Context Menus: The "three-dot" context menus have been redesigned for clarity and now include the new Export option.
- Consistent Typography: Fixed an issue where modals and other components were not using the correct
Poppinsfont, ensuring a consistent look and feel across the entire application. - Responsive Player Layout: The "Up Next" list on the player page now correctly resizes and reflows when the sidebar is opened or closed.
🔧 Fixes & Improvements
- CRITICAL FIX: Local File Importing: Resolved a major bug (
ENOENTerror) that prevented the local file import feature from working in the development environment. The import process is now stable and reliable. - FIX: Edit Mode Description: The description text area on the player page now correctly expands to its full height when entering edit mode.
- Improved Delete Flow: Deleting a video while it is currently playing will now properly close the player and navigate you back to the Home page for a smoother experience.
- Clarity: The "Save" button on the player page has been renamed to "Add to Playlist" to be more descriptive.
