The Shoal Star release introduces a hard fork that enables the migration of Ronin to an Ethereum Layer 2. To facilitate this transition, the chain will stop including transactions at block 55577490. After block 55577500, block production will halt entirely, and the Ronin chain will complete its migration to Ethereum Layer 2.
