Added

• npm package. npx -y fablecut starts the editor and npx -y fablecut mcp
  runs the MCP server, so registering FableCut no longer needs a clone or a
  file path: claude mcp add -s user fablecut -- npx -y fablecut mcp.
  Installed from npm, projects, media and exports live in ~/FableCut
  (FABLECUT_DATA_DIR still overrides), so updates never touch them.
• fablecut_patch_project takes an optional baseRevision: a patch planned
  against an older revision is refused with a conflict and the current
  revision instead of landing on top of a newer edit.
