Improvements
- Launch questions use a new card and show only on the screen you're controlling
- DS and 3DS screenshots show the top screen in thumbnails and backdrops instead of half of each screen
Bug Fixes
- Switch saves are placed in the emulator's save folder when none is on the device yet (fixes #553)
- Switch saves wait for the emulator's profile instead of landing outside it (related: #553)
- A Switch save stored under another game is never restored into this one
- Save state thumbnails show in RomM, including auto states and states updated later (fixes #556)
- Confirm and cancel buttons show in save management and other dialogs again
