Improvements
- Save sync toggle now fully disables all save sync activity (previously some background work still ran when disabled)
- Cover images for Steam games and IGDB-resolved games now retry automatically on launch if a previous cache attempt failed
- Cover images now recover correctly when the cache file has been deleted but the database still references it
Bug Fixes
- Fix "No save tracking found" error in the remaining case where a sync conflict is resolved by choosing "Keep Server"
