Bug Fixes
- Argosy no longer crashes on every emulator launch on Android 13 and below (regression introduced in 1.2.0). Built-in emulators, external RetroArch, Dolphin, and M64Plus all launch correctly again.
If you upgraded from 1.2.0 and were affected: no data wipe needed, just install 1.2.1 over the top.
Includes everything from v1.2.0:
New Features
- PSP saves now bundle every profile folder (DATA, SETTINGS, SAVE slots) for a single game into one save unit, with disc IDs read directly from the UMD instead of guessed from filenames
- Title-ID extraction across PSP, PSX, PS2, PS Vita, Switch, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, and GameCube now runs through the native
argosy-sigillibrary, with broader format support - Corrupt save archives on the server are auto-recovered by re-uploading the local copy, no user intervention required
Bug Fixes
- RetroAchievements stays connected across game and emulator restarts (resolves "RA only works once after fresh login")
- ROMs stored on SD cards launch into RetroArch correctly again
- melonDS 2.0.0+ launches use a FileProvider URI by default, matching the new requirement
- Heavy daily players no longer hit the Android 14 foreground-service time cap mid-session
- Dual-screen library views show the correct boxart glow color (Issue #190)
- Companion display no longer briefly shows the system navigation bar at boot (Issue #189)
- Settings scroll position holds steady when toggling options that add or remove subsections (Issue #191)
