This release has a critical regression on Android 13 and below: Argosy crashes on every emulator launch. Please install v1.2.1 instead.

- PSP saves now bundle every profile folder (DATA, SETTINGS, SAVE slots) for a single game into one save unit, with disc IDs read directly from the UMD instead of guessed from filenames
- Title-ID extraction across PSP, PSX, PS2, PS Vita, Switch, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, and GameCube now runs through the native argosy-sigil library, with broader format support
- Corrupt save archives on the server are auto-recovered by re-uploading the local copy, no user intervention required

- ROMs stored on SD cards launch into RetroArch correctly again
- melonDS 2.0.0+ launches use a FileProvider URI by default, matching the new requirement
