• Support for additional platforms: macOS 64-bit, Cygwin 32/64-bit, MSYS2 32/64-bit.
• The build script is now called build.
• Suffix -static has disappeared from all archives.
• relocate now has different (incompatible) flags. Pass -h to it for help.
