Fixes the crash with Picture in Picture or floating windows playing DRM video from Netflix, Disney+ or Spotify.
Fixed
- The switcher no longer crashes when macOS returns no image for a window, as seen with Picture in Picture and other floating players showing protected video. The window shows its app icon instead. (#199)
