Behavior Change

• login() now raises requests.ConnectionError / requests.Timeout when the server is unreachable instead of returning False. False now means only that the credentials were rejected, so callers (such as the HA config flow) can tell "cannot connect" apart from "invalid auth". Requests made through _zm_request behave as before. (#79)

Bug Fixes

• Fix PTZ up/down moves doing nothing. Tilt speed (yge) is now sent alongside pan speed, so control modules such as HikVision actually tilt and diagonal moves no longer only pan. (#78)
• Filter soft-deleted ZoneMinder monitors from get_monitors(). (#77)
