Lively 2.0 installer is finally out! (cough again cough)
After several months of work - complete rewrite of separating Core and UI into separate programs.
The main highlights of this milestone release:
- New Core is powered by .NET Core 6 and has improved performance and reduced resource usage.
- New UI is using WinUI 3 desktop - latest framework from Microsoft with Windows 11 design.
- UI will be completely shutdown when not being used (feature can be turned off in settings) to save memory.
Update v2.0.2.2 is a quick patch that addresses:
- Temporarily turned off drag'n'drop and enabled multiple file support in filepicker.

Known issues:
Original Lively 2.0 installer release was halted due to user problems reports.
Most of the bugs have been resolved, some issues that still remain are:
- Elevation is not fully supported - if Lively is run with administrator privileges may not function properly.
- Incompatibility with Afterburner Rivatuner performance monitoring - add exception for the UI program.
- UI sometimes crash when drag'n'drop wallpaper file - use Filepicker instead.
- WebView2 browser plugin is not implemented.
Note:
- New updated Commandline control plugin required (included with this release.)
- New updated Screensaver plugin required (included with this release.)
