Smart Node changes
• Added an ePBS settings page for the builder list, minimum bid, and maximum execution payment. These apply on Hoodi and are shared by the consensus clients. The execution-payment cap defaults to 0, so only trustless payments count. Nimbus uses only the last builder URL when more than one is selected
• Exit challenges are submitted as a private bundle
• Updated Saturn 2 support for MegapoolManager v3 and versioned performance proof bundles. Fixed Gloas final-balance proofs when a withdrawal list carries across slots
• Added a pDAO proposal for megapool.exit.deficit
• Container logs rotate at 100 MB, keeping 3 files
• Update alerts are printed to stderr so they no longer break shell completion
• Go updated to v1.27.3.
