This is v1.24.3 of the Smart Node, including client updates, a way to check your DB version and small bug fixes.
This is a high-priority upgrade for Besu users, a medium-priority upgrade for Lighthouse, Nethermind, Nimbus, and Reth users, and a low-priority upgrade for all other users.
Client Updates
• Besu updated to v26.9.0 - high-priority security fixes;
• Lighthouse updated to v8.2.3 - medium-priority security fixes for mainnet;
• Nethermind updated to v2.0.0 - an existing database stays on Patricia and needs a resync to use the new format;
• Nimbus updated to v26.9.1 - medium-urgency;
• Reth updated to v2.7.0;
• Erigon updated to v3.7.1 - recommended bugfix release;
• Geth updated to v1.17.7;
• Teku updated to v26.9.1;
• Prysm updated to v7.2.0;
• Lodestar updated to v1.49.0;
• Prometheus updated to v3.15.0;
Smart Node changes
• A new Nethermind database uses FlatDB. An existing Patricia database still prunes. A fresh sync on a machine with up to 16 GiB of RAM uses FlatInTrie and keeps that layout;
• Added rocketpool service get-db-details to report the Nethermind layout and the Geth Pebble database version;
• Removed the HTTP timeout on wallet recover so large nodes no longer fail mid-recovery;
• Fixed rocketpool node claim-unclaimed-rewards.
