This is v1.22.0 of the Smart Node, including HTTP API authentication, Besu IPv6, client updates, and DAO command fixes.
This is a high-priority upgrade for Besu users, a medium-priority upgrade for Reth and Erigon users, and a low-priority upgrade for all other users.

- Reth updated to v2.5.1 - recommended, mandatory on low-core machines (<5 cores)

Smart Node changes
- Added an API settings category with read/write tokens, optional unauthenticated reads, and a configurable rate limit. The rocketpool CLI on this machine sends the token automatically. Do not expose the API to the public internet without TLS;
- Removed the bloXroute Max Profit relay. After upgrading, check your MEV-Boost / Commit-Boost relay selection; mainnet users who only had Max Profit enabled are moved to bloXroute Regulated;
- Added IPv6 support for Besu
- Erigon full-node mode now keeps receipts
- Removed Besu's deprecated
--history-expiry-pruneflag - Fixed bug on execute-upgrade cmd
- Added missing pDAO setting bindings.
