This is v1.20.7 of the Smart Node.

This is a high-priority upgrade for Teku users, a medium-urgency for Nimbus users, and a low-priority upgrade for all the other users.

Smart Node changes

• Added QUIC support for Teku;
• Teku now binds IPv4 and IPv6 to different ports. see;
• Restored masquerade functionality after the HTTP API migration.
• Added --observe flag to wallet masquerade so the node/watchtower loops can run with a masqueraded address;
• Fix RPL bonded ratio on the Grafana collector;
• Added a migration for users of the beaconstate.info checkpoint sync URL;
• The ESC key now saves changes before exiting textboxes;
• Various dependency bumps.
