This is v1.7.5 of the Smartnode stack. This is an optional update for all users but Nimbus users that have not already updated to v23.1.1. For those that haven't yet, it's a high priority update as it will update Nimbus to v23.1.1 (which the Nimbus team has labeled as high-priority).
This is also an important update for Oracle DAO members, as it contains some improvements to watchtower routines.

The Oracle DAO's price reporting duty will no longer submit RPL prices during its daily routine if the RPL price changes deviate too much from the previously reported price.
