This is an optional for users running Prysm, Lighthouse or Nimbus.
⚠️ It is required for users running Teku, as it includes the newest version with the critical vulnerability fixes in place.
Teku users are advised to upgrade to this version ASAP.
To upgrade and keep the same network that you have now (either Prater or Mainnet), follow the Smartnode upgrade instructions.
If you want to remove your Prater installation and upgrade to a Mainnet installation, follow the official migration guide.

- This is a critical update that ensures a zero-day remote code exploit published for log4j cannot be used against Teku nodes.
Smartnode Changes
rocketpool node depositwill now use a random salt for each call instead of using the nonce of the node wallet's last completed transaction. This will prevent reverted transactions when batch creating many minipools at once.
