This is a minor update to v1.0.0-RC4.

Client Changes

• Updated Prysm to v1.4.3
• Updated Nimbus to v1.4.2

CLI Changes

• Cleaned up error messages in the CLI so they're easier to read.
• Updated the verbiage of set-withdrawal-proxy and node deposit so the output is easier to understand.
• Removed the old node burn command, which is no longer useful now that the nETH token is no longer part of the protocol.

Installer Changes

• Fixed a rare problem that would cause the Prater genesis.ssz needed by Prysm to download incorrectly.

Misc Changes

• The watchtower now runs its oDAO check loop at a random interval between 4 and 6 minutes each iteration instead of a fixed 5 minute interval. This ensures that each node has an equal opportunity (on average) to perform oDAO duties, so one with a late start doesn't always get beaten to tasks by others.
• The Teku binding now queries a maximum of 80 validators per call, down from 600, to comply with HTTP length restrictions.
