Stream no longer freezes with a dead controller after a lag spike, and the picture recovers on its own after heavy packet loss (#45). Fixed the false "Stream engine stalled" error at stream start (#52, fix by @Dispnser). New: stick deadzone setting (#53, by @Dispnser), configurable Xbox button combo so games that use L3 + R3 keep working (#59), per-second input diagnostics in stream-log, and TLS errors now name the server address the console actually reached (#58).
