Fixes account removal.
An account you added but never signed into could not be deleted, and it showed as "Not signed in" forever.
Settings → Accounts now removes accounts: highlight one and press X twice. Its sign in, cached library and folder go with it. The account you are using leaves through Sign out, as before.
Backing out of the sign in screen with B also returns to the account you came from instead of closing the app, and an account that never finished signing in is dropped on the way. If the active account has no sign in, the app now starts on one that does.

Install
Copy green-nx.nro to sdmc:/switch/ (overwrite the old one) and relaunch.
