Lots more features in large part again due to the efforts of @Mbucari who apparently doesn't sleep. I was going to wait to release these but there's also an important bug which needed fixing so...
- New feature: can hide columns in grid
- New feature: can re-order grid columns
- New feature: show full book description when Description cell is clicked
- New feature: download cover art. Currently happens every time; later this will be a setting/option
