- Liberated status is no longer determined by live files. The following is found in the book detail page, (previously 'tag editing'). If you liberate and delete the file, it stays liberated -- ie: Libation will not try to download it again. If you don't want to actually download/decrypt, you can manually mark a file as Downloaded. If a file has already been downloaded but you want to download again, you can manually change for this also.
