What's Changed

Fixed: after re-pairing a host, E2EE keeps working: moshi-hook pair and host setup re-key E2EE for the new pairing and restart the daemon on their own once nothing is in flight, so there's no need to run e2ee enable or restart by hand. Hosts re-paired on an older release heal on upgrade.
Improved: moshi-hook status shows whether E2EE is on (and --json includes it), and both it and e2ee status warn when the key belongs to a different pairing.
