Reach a host whose moshi-hook listens on a non-default [gateway] listen port, for machines with several accounts each running their own daemon. Set the port in Moshi Desktop's Hook port field.
macOS: moshi-hook service install runs moshi-hook as a launchd service for non-Homebrew installs; moshi-hook service restart works on every platform.
